Terms of Service

You agree to pay for services rendered and/or products prior to delivery of product.

You agree to contact James Holland at Handturnedbowls.biz, and provide any and all specific data you desire for your ad before any delivery date can be provided to you from James Holland.

You agree to email a written acceptance of the delilvered product only after you have previewed said product, and are ready to accept as is. This applies to all services and products available by Handturnedbowls.biz. All products are finished goods as displayed on this website, available for you to preview and accept as is posted on the website.

Any desired alterations to the product after initial preview are acceptable upon negotiation, and will be fully documented as a legal and binding contract when both you and Handturnedbowls.biz agree in writing via email, to an agreement of expected alterations you requested.

Custom alterations once begun, are non-refundable. Alterations to finished goods renders that piece a non-saleable product to the general public and ownership of said product becomes liable to you the agreed upon requestor.

COMMISSIONED WORK
In the event an agreement can not be reached for a finished product you desire alterations for, at the limit of allowable alterations deemed acceptable by Handturnedbowls.biz, you may alternately express a request for commissioned work to satisfy your request. Full payment is expected after a documented contract is 100% agreed upon, in writing, by both you and Handturnedbowls.biz, and before any work begins on said commissioned product.

No refund will be given for work already completed, or that has begun, that is custom commissioned whether delivered or not. Once you accept an agreement and submit your approval by email, the contract becomes legally binding. Payment is expected at this point and work will begin on said work as soon as payment for it is successfully fullfilled to Handturnedbowls.biz .

Additional editions are allowed, and must be paid in advance for additional work performed beyond that originally agreed upon by email contract, at your explicit request. This request must be made by email.

AS IS DEFINED
All products displayed at Handturnedbowls.biz, are considered finished and sold as is in their present state. Upon delivery of products after your purchase you are not satisfied with the condition of your product the following conditions apply:

1-You may express your issue in writing via email or postal mail, for my consideration to satisfy your expectations.

2-You may call my business phone number and orally express your issue and a reasonable solution MAY be provided. If the issue is satisfied mutually, documentation regarding this will be exchanged via email or postal mail.

Raw materials such as turning blanks are sold as is. Once you accept delivery of this product type you are responsible for the your use of this material.
